ABCrecharge.com wanted to increase online traffic and provide marketing insights and strategy.

Strategy recommended and implemented:
- Website structure and URLs were changed to make them search engine friendly
- Website was optimized for 15000 keywords spanning all supported operators and circles in the recharge space.
- Large scale link building efforts through articles, interlinks within the site and blog posts was undertaken.
- Insights on new operators, modes of recharge based on keyword search analysis & trends. e.g. focus on Docomo, lesser focus on Loop, Virgin
- A strategic move to introduce 2 new recharge segments was suggested:
- Direct To Home TV recharge
- USB Data Card recharges
- This not only helped in additional service coverage but also increased overall revenues and margin as the new segments had recharges in large denominations
- Refined the sales funnel to improve conversions
- The organic traffic grew 4.6x in 5 months The traffic is expected to hit a million visitors soon.
- Able to capture 50% of all available searches in the market and acquire 5% consumers.
- Ranking up in top 5 results for all operator (airtel, bsnl etc) recharge keywords like airtel recharge, bsnl online recharge
- Quality of sales has improved in the last 3 months implying there was no dilution of traffic
